Giveaway now closed! Winners to be announced tomorrow

Hello, glorious readers/fans/stalkers!

 

I said that once my Facebook fan page surpassed 1500 likes, I would host a giveaway, and I am always true to my word (except when I am making things up for a living, which, let’s face it, is why you’re here).

 

In honor of my 1500 likes, I am giving away 5 signed bookplates, to be awarded to five individuals. In the interest of keeping things fair, each entrant can only win a maximum of 1 bookplate. I’m happy to sign and personalize these bookplates however the winner would like. Keep in mind they aren’t very big, so I can’t write you a poem or a love letter or anything. I do love to personalize things for my readers, though. Think of my signature as a little paper huglet from me to you. The bookplates are plain white and they say “Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing” on the bottom.

 

What can you do with your bookplate, you ask? You can:

 

1.) Stick it in your book
2.) Use its adhesive to repair a carburetor
3.) Rub your face against it like a cat
4.) Plant it to grow a bacon tree (disclaimer: this bookplate will not grow bacon)
5.) Fasten two chipmunks together and enter them in a three-legged race
6.) Dress it like Clark Gable to keep grandma company

The possibilities are LIMITLESS! Right about now you’re probably gaping at the screen and wanting to ask, “Lauren, what do I have to do to acquire one of these fine bookplates?!” Well, I’ll tell ya:

 

Step 1: Want a bookplate. I mean really, really want one.
Step 2: Tweet, facebook, or blog about this giveaway and provide a link to my blog (please link to my blog at www.laurendestefano.com/blog. Comments on my duplicate goodreads blog will NOT be counted).
Step 3: Leave a comment on this exact blog post providing a link to your twitter, facebook, or blog posting. You may post one comment for each link, meaning that if you posted on facebook, twitter, and your blog, you may enter up to three times to increase your odds of winning. However, you can only win once.

Step 4: YOU DID IT. Go celebrate, you big party animal.

 

Giveaway is closed as of Monday, July 18th at 11:31 AM Eastern time, no exceptions. Look, I am even giving you a whole extra shiny minute.

 

I will number each blog comment in the order in which it was posted. I will then select the winner using a random number generator. The random number generator has no bias, I promise. I will announce the winners here on my blog on Monday, July 18th by 12 PM Eastern time, and provide them with instructions.

 

And, oh yeah, this giveaway is INTERNATIONAL. Winners are not responsible for postage. I’ve gotcha covered, folks.
